Hello Members, this is formal notice that Canmore Minor Soccer Club is holding its AGM on Monday, March 14 @ 7.30 pm. We welcome all members to join us and hear a summary of our 2021 season and our plans for Spring & Summer Soccer 2022. We are looking for Board members: Equipment Director, Sponsorship Director and Treasurer positions are vacant. Join us and have a say in your local soccer club, promoting soccer for all in the Bow Valley!

The Annual General Meeting deals with the following matters: 

a)  Adopting the Agenda;
b)  Adopting the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting;
c)  Considering the President’s report;
d)  Reviewing the financial statements setting out the Club’s income, disbursements, assets
and liabilities, and the Auditors’ report;
e)  Appointing the Auditors;
f)  Electing the President, as applicible;
g)  Electing the Board of Directors, as applicable;
h)  Considering matters specified in the meeting notice.
