U4-U7 Development Coordinator  & Coach

Canmore Minor Soccer Club is looking for someone with a passion for grassroots soccer to head up our U4-U7 Development Program. We will have athlete and parent coaches in place to coach the little soccer players, however, we need a coordinator for the program. The position is a contract position and requires being at Eagle Terrace field each Tuesday and Thursday from 4 pm – 6:30 pm for 8 weeks. The program starts on Tuesday, May 3, 2023. The role includes setting up the field for 4 -6 groups of players, getting equipment ready for the groups, supporting the coaches during their sessions, and helping with any parent enquiries at the field. This role is also required to step in if a coach is unable to attend and or may be scheduled to coach. Support will be available form the Club’s Administrator, Technical Director and the Directors of Coaching and Development. Compensation TBD.
