Canmore Minor Soccer Club is hiring a part-time Administrator/Operations Manager
Our Club is looking for a part-time Administrator / Operations Manager to work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure soccer programs continue to be offered to all players in the Bow Valley. Duties include attending monthly Board meetings and taking minutes, responding to email enquires, setting up program registrations on TeamSnap, organizing the Development League, registering competitive teams in the Calgary League, updating our website, communicating program information to members, and other administrative tasks. Hours are flexible, with the busiest months being mid-February – end of April when the Spring season is being set up. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with great organizational skills and a keen interest in getting kids out on the field.
